In my opinion, egg is not harmful for human health. In fact it have many benefit for the healthy body,,,
it maintain the blood pressure,
it provide energy to the heart tissues,
it minimize cholesterol level,,,
Fish oil is good and having more benefit for the human body...
it reduce the cholesterol level,
it maintain the body tiredness,
it provide all the essential vitamins elements,
fish oily is more benefit if it is use in food...
Doing exercise regularly for 30 mints,
eat fruits and raw vegetables,
neglect fat foods and oily items,
go on walk,
take proper rest,
avoid smoking and drinking...
and stay happy....
