I think we should be a bit more careful with substances that are not part of the human evolutionary history.

A strange condition, but I do not think it has anything to do with tongkat ali. For one thing, unlike the medicines you are taking, the tongkat ali is not xenobiotic. Through evolutionary history, it is related to anything else alive. Can't say that for Arimedex.
