Hi, I am 28 round 220 6'2 big guy, I've been trainig since I'm 15 but I really wasn't interested in cutting now I've gained plenty weight and wish to ge back to my zone my bodyfat is 20% I'm starting my first cycle on roids............. Make Your OWN thread and not hijack others!!!!
