I LOVE going to the GYM and pushing myself. I'm 38 so I'm not getting any younger. My gym routine has me in the gym in the mornings at 5 am and sometimes in the evening as my gym CHARTER FITNESS KENOSHA stays open until 11pm and opens at 5am. My favorite exercises are squatting and leg presses. As I've gotten older I can no longer do the heavy weights as my body just cant hold that weight.
