I have been in and out of the gyms since I was 18, so I guess you could say this has been an extended journey in sculpting the perfect 'me'. I just recently got back into lifting weights seriously once again these past few years, but no I haven't done any contests yet. I've made plans and have actually prepped for two shows then have had 'life happen' a few weeks out, that I have yet to carry this part of my journey all the way out. Maybe this year will be my year....
