I have been bodybuilding, off and on for the last 32 years...i have taken two years off,here and there, and wish i hadnt.Bodybuilding is one of my finest endeavors there is on this earth,in that it elevates your self esteem and impacts your overall effect on other people.Nothing feels better than the 'Euphoria' you experience after a particularly grueling, intense muscular workout ! it's too bad others dont or wont try bodybuilding for a long term interest !
