    The pumps are definitely better. Theres no proof of it being more productive though. Thats what im currently doing though, i used to do Back, biceps, and chest,triceps and currently switched to BIs,TRIs.

    i say go with Test-dbol-deca, if you arent worried about deca dick, the test should counter attack the deca dick anyways, from what i have read its the best combo for mass.
