If you really want as well - you can preload cartridges and swap them out quite easily. I usually primarily use for my day to day peps (e.g. GH / Motsc / etc.). But you can experiment as you like to see what works for you.

I throw in a couple needles to get you started, as well as cartridges. But the pen tips (needles) and cartridges are universal. You can buy them on alibaba or aliexpress for like $20 for 100. As for ease of use - will let @Baz101 comment!
