New to the Elite Fitness Women's Forum START HERE
Hi! I'm new to the forum. I'm 5'4, 175 lbs.BF is probably in the mid to upper 20's .I carry a firm build but a high bf. I am currently doinga 16 weeks plan, to prepare to go to DLB camp in Februay. I build muscle easily, but cannot torch fat easy. I currently lift 5 days a week..and this week...- irondiva10
