    I also read that drinking alcohol lowers testoterone levels. drinking a beer is like eating a donut according to a leading nutrionist in the UK. vodga is recommended as it has fewest calories aslong as you dont mix it with soda which is hard to do.

    -peanut butter on wholemeal toast. tastes good. or a pint of skimmed milk. -bacon with the fat cut off. i doubt thoses statistics on a snikers are correct. i doubt it has 16g of proten. it def has more fat.

    how do you know what is lean body mass or fat or bone? How much would a 90kg guy need. Im a bit chubby around the midsection and thighs and ass. i dont know my bf %.
