Thank you Muskate for the valuable information - I have never seen so much information about injecting all in one place! How do you prefer to inject in the glutes, while standing, or laying down?

Soon I will start my first cycle – testosteroneonly. I have everything prepped and I am ready to do. My question isa bit different in nature – how do you do the injections toyourself. Is it possible to do injections in the glutes yourself, orI should do the quads if I have nobody to help me?
