Hmm im reading this with a slight frown =[
i plan to use the keto diet to lose fat, probably 5-6 months im guessing.
then i will switch to a more balanced, traditional diet, based on carbs.
Well this is my sixth day on a Keto diet (no carb up)
i feel pretty good relative to before.
i have increased confidence and self esteem (despite not knowing any actual figures)
i have a newfound love for water, 3 litres a day i guess im drinking (probably more), allways have a .6 L bottle on...

my friends just mope their skinny arses around the house eating pizza chineese and fish and chips...
meanwhile im sucking down tins of tuna and boiled eggs.
Ive been on the keto diet for 3 days now, drink about 15 bottles of water per day, it seems easier...
OK i went shopping yesterday, knowing i wanted to go on the KETO diet.
Here is what i bought:
8 KG of chicken breast.
2 KG of red meat.
1 KG of bacon rashers.
10 Tins of tuna.
30 Eggs.
Bag of carrots.
I drink only water.
I need to pick up some Protien shakes, some carb free bars, and some...
OK ive read a bit about this "fat burning" low carb diet.
Just wondering if someone can give me some ACTUAL products that i should consume, in quantities etc
Im joining my local GYM (thats just around the corner, sweet)
I want to get in shape and lose this fat ! im sick of having a shit life...
