    I eat 6 to 7 times a day... start with 3 plain pancakes at 6am and a wey protein shake.... next meal at 8am is a bowl of kashi cereal with fat free milk... After that I eat about a cup lf yougurt with fruit at 10am then lunch at noon is usually a roast beef and turkey sandwich with fat free...

    I've tried debol and anadrol in pill form but had little to no results... I'm concidering trying something in liquid form... I'm a 28 yr old male, 5' 11" and 165 lbs. Does anybody have any suggestions on what I should try?
