A typical day this is my diet
Breakfast:
3 egg whites, slice 45 cal cheese melted on it, 2 slices of turkey bacon, one slice whole wheat toast
Lunch:
3 oz fish/ chicken and 1 cup broccoli/ Brussel sprouts/asperagus
Snack:
Yogurt/cottage cheese with blueberries
Dinner:
3 oz fish/ chicken...
