Well I will do what you guys are saying Thanks for the help and Ill get back on how Im doing of there is anything els like times to eat and when to work out would be nice I just may not be eating at the right times

ok I try to eat 1 gram or protein per LB of bd weight I eat alot of eggs, chicken,lean beef As for working out I will work on my arms cest and back and next day do legs I do a every outher day kind of thing and I run 2 to 3 miles a day
I eat the best I can I cant reall tell yea the pro and that I take in but I just cant get anything for the last three months
would IGF-1 be a good thing to start out on I have bin reading some good things about it?
