I took St. John's Wort for 8 weeks and noticed no diffference. The studies I've read claimed it takes 6 weeks to "kick in" but it never did. Just another hoax for health food stores to milk more money out of people.

5-Diol 250 and 19-Nor 250 stack! I smashed through all of my plateaus! My only complaint was the cost. If you have money to burn go for it. If not, stick to multivitamin, protein, extra vitamin C and E.

The only prohormones that have worked for me were AST Research's. I stacked 5-Diol 250 and 19-Nor 250 with great results! Also 19-Nor 3-Andro was very effective as well! I just started a cycle of 4-Diol 250, so I'll post my results when I'm done.

I've felt like crap coming off Ripped Fuel, Adipo-kinetix and Lipo-kinetix. The only one I don't seem to feel like crap coming off of is Dymetadrine Xtreme.
