Sides are not too bad. I might as well finish the rest of the bottle. I'm gonna go for 10/20/30/30. Ultimately, I hope to finish the cycle weighing at 200lbs. Thanks for the advice.- illussions

Hello Everyone, I'm on a three week cycle of Phera-plex; dosages of 10/20/30. Currently I'm on day 16 and I'm very pleased with the results so far. I'm still debating on how to run my PCT.
