I can eliminate any upset stomach problems by taking the ALA RIGHT BEFORE I eat a meal. You also recieve the glucose clearance benefits this way as well.

I always put the liquid in right befroe I would take the cap. I kinda figured putting liquid in the cap would make it melt as you said yours did.
Plus the solvent in the liquid clo probably accelerates the process.
I can tell you this much bro ... using ALA with GH is a good idea. GH use over time can increase insulin resistance, and ALA works to increase insulin sensitivity.

Yes you can def. over do it with fermara. I was taking too much it was killing my sex drive. Backed off some and things have "picked up" you could say...;)
