Said that it was 2081, that seems high to me. I do exercise everyday for two hours but still seems high. Then when you add in a sedentary life style, we did that to be conceritive then it was like 2650. Add in exercise and it is 3650 a day to maintain so it would be 3100 to lose 1 lb a week...
