This is yesterdays legs log and photo.
One change made is 50mg of @HeliosLabs 5 amino 1mq has been introduced 3x daily and GH is now at 6IUs at night.
Today is my rest day so I have just done 40 mins fasted cardio this morning and I will post my pull workout tomorrow!
