hi, i'm 22, at 5'5" and weigh about 122 lbs. (i dont know bf%, where do i go to get this measured?)
i work out pretty regularly, day 1: cardio 20 mins, followed by light weight training with free weights 20 mins, day 2: rest, day 3: cardio 30 mins, repeat 3-day cycle.
