I am a 41 about to turn 42 female who has been weighlifting/bodybuilding for the last 20 years. I never intended to lift weights, but after college I joined my local gym, I had always been active in sports in high school till I had a severe fall so it felt good to get back to doing something. Lifting weights (what a surprise), reading, going for walks, shopping, flying trapeeze (I wish I cant ever do that again), going on vacations, learning new things and trying different things. I tried to knit but I just didnt have the patience. If you knew me you would laugh. I dont sit still very often. Spending time with family and friends
I'm not a big music person because it takes a lot for me to concentrate but I enjoy picking up things from other people

Not a big t.v watcher. Do like watching college basketball

Prince of Tides, pretty much anything by James Patterson, Unquiet Mind, She's come undone...I read a lot
My Favorite Sports:
Bodybuilding, gymnastics, diving, basketball
My Ideal Weekend would be:
Spent somewhere warm laying out and soaking up the rays and going out and enjoying the nightlife or I could just as easily say cooking dinner and spending time with someone special ALL done after my workout
