The main benefit of the long esters is less pinning. EOD injects will not stabilize blood levels anymore than 2x week with test e or c and sides will be the same so it's pretty pointless. If you're doing EOD just use prop or sust etc. Also, most high level pros probably use closer to 7 grams...
Yeah, everyone is different and has different caloric needs... but I feel like if you can eat over 5k clean calories for a while, even if you do gain some extra fat, it will be a cake walk to do a lean bulk with 4k -4500 calories. I don't even try and get an easy 4500 clean cals now.
Just eat 5k a day mostly clean and do cardio... when you get up over 200 cut some weight and youll be a huge 190+. Alot faster and easier than eating 3500 cals and gaining 1 lb of lean mass every 2 months... no thanks.
Get some tore if you can otherwise just go ahead and use the nolva and clomid, you will recover better than most anything else. Some people have biased reasons to not like serms like nolva and clomid.

You'll lose almost everything you gain with that pct. You need to run actual HCG on cycle and use more than just the TRS for pct. I don't know jack about the alpha male diet but if you eat over 5k a day every day you will gain fast naturally. I was just 181 middle of Jan and am now up to 198...
