I know the feeling! I gained about 10 lbs from thanksgiving to the first of the year! I think this happens to most of us around the holidays. I know the cold weather makes me lazy all I want to do is stay in my warm bed! It's hard to get motivated but after looking in the mirror I'm motivated...
