19 years of age, currently in the British Army,(Joined at 16) done a tour of Afghanistan. (lost about 24 lbs there, because of heat, work conditions and not enough food. My abs were REALLY showing then.. Well thats what happens when you wasting away and you still go gym! Was a skinny f*cker!) Been active most my life, trying to eat clean, as im self concious about feeling healthy

Im into endurance, military fitness, and most important of all, body building. I always been active, introduced myself to the gym when was 16, but this is the first time i really started taking it seriously, dieting and stuff, correct form etc, as body building doesnt really work if there are important factors missing
