Personally, I'd leave aspirin out. Frequent doses of aspirin greatly increase the risk of getting an ulcer.
More importantly is how YOUR body reacts to the stack, and what your metabolic rate is to begin with.

I'd cut out the Nivea cleansing routine until the redness goes away, and maybe put some neosporin or polysporin (abti-bacterial creams to control redness and swelling).
You prolly had an allergic reaction... it happens... and.. I wouldnt be too concerned. Hope it gets better fast!
