    I'm current aiming for a macronutrients ratio of 40:40:20. Now the question is does this ratio need to be adhered to for every meal or can it be balanced out do that by the end of the day you have consumed 40% carbs , 40% protein and 20% fats?

    I'm currently working on a 4 day split and was wondering if I need to eat less on off days or continue consuming the same amount every day of the week. Any advise would be appreciated.
