i second that! they also come in large and small sizes depending on what you need that day/week.
and they taste really good - kills any cravings.

I find the biggest challenge during travel/work/conferences is managing to eat as often as we need to. Most people you're with eat one HUGE fatty lunch and are set till dinner and I'm trying to have my pre-made meals every 3 hours.
What do you do about that??

The evil of sugary or processed food is that you have a high and then a low, right? So, instead of a steady day, you're eating lots of empty cals and are hungry all day... did I miss something???

**What do you do once you've eaten too few calories (betw 1100-1300 a day) for a while and the fat loss has stopped because your metabolism is shot! I don't want to suddenly increase my calories because that's going to mean fat...
