Female usage - mainly for youthful skin and other anti aging properties... I am not looking to use it for muscle gains per se.

Does anybody know the correct usage for GH if one wants to utilize it for its anti-aging properties? (iu's, how often, what time of day). Has anybody used it for other purposes other than bodybuilding? I know the fat-loss effects are a great side to the other benefits.
