You are right about the gel caps melting, I wouldn't put the ref-b into the cap until I was ready to take it. I never tried to taste it, somebody told me it tasted pretty bad so I took ther word for it;) I bought the gel caps at a health food store for 2 or 3 dollars.

When I took it, I put the ref-b in gel-caps, get a 18 ga draw it out of the bottle and inject into a gel-cap. No taste that way.:D
