Use it everyday for the next 4 weeks where ever u are having the problem area's...BUT u need to mix it with DMSO so it will get absorbed into the skin.....I mix the thimucase cream and about 2 caps of the dmso in a plastic bowl then i apply it.... Use it before tanning and before ur...

I have used it in the past and it did wonders to my skin! I always used to break out on my chin really bad, but i used the proavtive i never got a pimple on my chin again.........*knock on wood* lol

w6, That makes perfect sense....The only reason i used the nolva was b/c i ran out of proviron the last week, so i thought i needed to take something to hold me over..and nolva was the only think i had..... So you are very right, by sayingi t is all psychological I didnt notice the cuts in...

Thanks MS... i used it for the last week of my show in March and i saw a huuuge difference in my legs...so it worked great for me... I am usually 8% b/f off season..and for my show i was around 5%. I just didnt know if once i came off of the nolva if i would experience those rebounds...i did...

MS, would those side effects take place if you only used nolva say 1 week before a show?

OK so in a figure competition, when doing quarter turns, your NOT supposed to flex? And also are the quarter turns for figure and fitness the same? I noticed in the Figure, the girls turn there bodys while doing quarter turns to the right.

Rabbit in the Moon is going to be back at Ultra this year. They were only at the 1st one which was on the beach. They handed out 3D glasses and were put on an INCREDIBLE show!!! Can't wait to see them again this year!!
