honestly she ate what she wanted. she took injectable winny for 8 weeks, the last 4 weeks she took dbol with it. the winny was from jurox. she took it twice a week. she is 4-9 119lbs. she deadlifted 290lbs, squatted 290lbs, and benched 220lbs.

my wife has used winny. she had very good results from it.she gained a little weight but got ripped also.benches 220 at a body weight of 119lbs. may I also say she only took in 50 mgs a week.

try doing rack pulls. put the pins in a rack at knee height. just like a deadlift but you use more back plus you can use alot more weight. it will smoke your back great for thickness.
