Set a new pr bench tonight. Paused a 360 with a single ply at 195lbs. What the hell! Not complaining just confused. Been off my susp/tren cycle for almost 2 weeks.

my suspension was clogging bad. I heated it up in microwave for 5 seconds, and shook it up. I had no more problems after that. I was able to use a 25g again.

i took my last shot thursday, so i am totally off now rite. It should be out of my system by now.
