Definately helps to warm the oil. I just run it under hot tapwater for a few minutes or put the amps or vials in a ziploc and set them in hot water. Makes a HUGE difference and lessens the swelling and pain the next day. Goes in and dissipates faster also.

The pain lessens as your body gets used to it but DAMN! 21g is like gettin hit with a shotgun! Use 23 0r 25 and it is MUCH less painfull. also warm the oil and it goes much smoother. good luck playin darts :) G
