hey everone i am 23 year old i been back lifting for 3 weeks now have lifted back in school not just gettin back into it i way 227 pounds i workout 5 days a week i do chest tri'smonday shoulders bic tues weds do back and legs thurs chest tir tryin to do dumbells on 2nd lift ea week friday...- gotmymindright
