Usually i get bloated after eating a meal with a lot of fiber like go lean cereal and sometimes after eating fruit so it could be that. But yeah u should eat more carbs if ur working out that much. Carbs are energy bro!

You should drink whey protein with your pancakes before you workout and before bed you should be drinking casein instead of whey.

Just mix water with chocolate cytosport whey protein tastes exactly like chocolate milk i use it whenever i eat cereal.

Im just trying to stay fit and so far ive had no problem with my health i lift 5 times a week and cardio the other 2 days. But i am pretty underweight i wanna try to get to 150 so should i eat more eggs or bread.
