    Why am I so bloated?

    Usually i get bloated after eating a meal with a lot of fiber like go lean cereal and sometimes after eating fruit so it could be that. But yeah u should eat more carbs if ur working out that much. Carbs are energy bro! Sent from my MOTWX435KT using EliteFitness
