    Question for Fitness Competitors

    Both legs? Wow! I am trying to do just one leg. I've been lunging really , really low and then putting my shoulder under my knee. Then trying to do a push- up from there with my legs straight. I don't know how to make it look graceful though:confused: so I can't imagine myself doing both legs.

    WAXING, PAINFUL BUT TOTALLY WORTH IT. AFTER THE FIRST COUPLE OF TIMES, IT IS NOT REALLY THAT BAD. THE HAIR STAYS GONE FOR 4-5 WEEKS. THE COST, IF YOU WERE TO HAVE IF DONE IN A SALON, IS ABOUT $30.00 - $40.00 PER AREA. WHERE YOU LIVE COULD MAKE IT BE MORE OR LESS. I WOULDN'T'T RECOMMENDED...

    Does anyone have any advice on, how to get back into the swing of things? I was sick for about a week and I tired to workout today. That wasn't very productive. After 30 minutes, I felt like crap.

    Okay. Diet-I started by cutting out my daily french fries and 3 or 4 Cokes (not diet), I would drink water occasionally.:( That was in Feb. Now for breakfast I eat, 2 or 3 egg whites, a piece of toast with peanut butter, a banana, and some O.J. I have a protein shake w/ water mid morning...
