you have inspired me, I have started myself 3 weeks ago and went from 18st 12lbs to 18st 03lbs (5ft 10)and now i walk 5kms a night with 4kms on the bike. then 5mins on the stepping machine followed by some light weights. Just a little trick with the splints is when i walk...
not loking for a quick fix just looking for help, and as for effort..... i am in no way afraid of will power as i smoked since i was a teenager and gave them up 2 years ago
