I don't see how that could possibly lead to smaller legs. Actually if you purposefully overtrain one muscle group & under-train the opposing group, you could end up with a muscle imbalance that can lead to joint problems. It might not turn into a problem, but then again it might.

Well, just to clarify I said a lady PROBABLY has to be lean & threw 12% out there as a "Maybe" number. I honestly have no idea what % it will be, I just know that quad separation is something most ladies have to be pretty lean to achieve (i.e. probably lower than 15%).

ECA doesn't affect metabolism quite THAT dramatically. As far as what's in your stomach, I take my pills before bed & I take my ECA doses with meals ONLY - since they'd make me sick to my stomach otherwise. I also don't take ECA close to bed time...

I've used ECA for a few months at a time in the past & been on BC for years. Never affected it.
ECA doesn't act on the ovaries. It doesn't influence the reproductive system. I've never read articles about it, but I never even thought to worry about it b/c they're not related.
