I was wondering how safe T3 is. This is my 4th cycle. I am on a Test E and EQ cycle right now. I am about 4 weeks in. Towards the end I wanted to go on T3 and clen but I am a little worried about the T3. Help with doses or an alternative would be appreciated.

When you guys are between cycles, what otc supplements do you take? I went to GNC today and didn't have a clue on what to get.

How many tabs should you take in a day. I have the oppurtunity to pick up some some winny tabs and have never taken them before. I am on a test and deca cycle now.
