should i give it another day or 2 considering its goin down a little? or should i go immediatley?

It has no pain what so ever. It is not hot to the touch. In a way its just there. I feel that it has gotten a little smaller. Should i still be worried? And if i do go to the hospital, from experience what should i say and is there any type of trouble i can get in?
