I sit down.....and "roll" the rear tri alog my inner thigh....it pushes the beefy part so you have easy access.....I use a 1" needle with no problems.....
listen....not to flame but I think you need to do some more research before you hurt yourself....first you don't know what mg your dbol is and now this....not a good start....
I always went with a shake right after (dextrose and Isopure)....10 gms of carbs per IU and 50 gms of prot.....1.5 hours later I ate a clean complex carb and prot meal, usaully brown rice and chicken......
