    Guys i just tried cottage cheese for the first time. Heard it's great to eat before bed. First bite, not so bad. Second bite gaged, with a little bit coming up. Third bite, couldn't swallow the shit. Is there anything i can mix it with that will be light and beneficial during my sleep?

    It's not that red meat is unhealthy, it's great for protien. It's just fattier than chicken. Try and get the lean stuff when cutting weight.

    Okay, are we talking full portions every 2.5-3 hours? Do you know of any links that can give me more options for food? I never thought of carbonated stuff, good call thanks. I appreciate the help man!

    I dont really have a current diet. Breakfast if i have it is cheerios. Lunch is two salami and havarti sandwhiches on rye bread, one banna, one apple, garden slad, can of tuna. Dinner is usually, chicken or pork chops or salmon. with rice and salad. Doesn't seem like much... I go to...
