    Anyone Currently using or Used DnP before in the past

    have used it at 400mg a day a few times. works awsome for me. Eating carbs seems to make me alot hotter. I have never felt bad while takeing it. But i have heard others felt like they were dying. You will sweat no matter how high you have the ac turned up.

    Thanks for the imput guys. I lost 12 lbs the first 2 weeks of my cycle. I just started on my 3rd week at 400mg. Thinking of bumping it up to 600. Would like to know how much i can tolerate.As for sups, im useing 2000mg quercetin,1260mg or green tea extract,an antioxident, multi vitamin. :chomp:

    Ok, first, DONT USE DNP!!! IT CAN KILL YOU!! now that i got that out of the way,, i feel great on my dnp cycle! This is the 3rd cycle ive done. I started at 200mg a day for a week, bumped it up to 400 a day for a week. Took a week off and im on again at 400mg for anouther week. Dropped 12lbs...

    I hate the smell of rubbing alcohol!!

    Ive jusr recently noticed that i realy hate the smell of rubbing alcohol. To the point where the smell makes me sick! i use the little pre packaged alcohol swabs, isopropylalcohol 70%. Anyone else hate the smell? anyone else use something else other than rubbing alcohol??
