been training for about 6 years now. started because i was getting locked up and wanted to put on some size. started cycling the day i started working out and didn't know what i was doing, had good results though! now i taken 4 cycles and except when i get injured hold 245-250 lbs with 9-10% body fat long after i come off. i just had back surgery last week and will be making a come back in a month or so.
