    I have 200 ip 50mg And want to take only this i have done injectables in the past but just want to GET a bit Ripped. How should i take these ? Anyone know A good Cycle EX 1 a day first week 2a day next 3 weeks Etc Also Should i swallow,Chew,or put under my tounge.. i here all different ways
