I have been mixing my creatine and protein in orange juice with ice making a smoothie type drink. When I make it, there is just a little bit left and my kids always beg for it. This would equate to about a half cup each. Is there any danger of giving this to them? Thanks!

Problem is I have the anavar, and not enough test for a cycle, unless I only did it for mid cycle or so. I was also trying to cut down on the frequency of the injections. Im worried about pain in the injection site when I kick carpet everyday. Im 33, 240 at about 18%bf since last checked...
