Thursday-rest- then repeat all supersets faced paced workouts

This isn't a bad idea not relatively cheap but good for every once in a while to switch it up.

Small cube diced carrot
Instead of peas I use broccoli
Either small diced pork loin or tenderloin stripped of fat
Tblspn of low/no sodium teriyaki sauce (optional)...
I thought that taking bcaas before cardio helped not go into catabolism? Also wasn't sure if I should add 20 min after lifting of cardio but thought that may be overkill
