Ya I was 185 about a year ago on a good protien and eating chart and lifting every day I wanted a quick way to get back up to that weight and a few of my buddies were getting back on this

I was gunna take 3 pills a day in before I ate and worked out so it would be a total of 30 mg a day please give me some input I've been doin alot of reasearch n just want some reviews
