    Okay. I will definitely adjust my diet to intake more protein. I eat 5-6 times a day, with each meal containing 30 grams of protein. So yeah, 150-180 grams of protein is pretty accurate. If your body digest 30 -50 grams at a time, and I already eat 5-6, wtf can you do? Just eat more protein...
